The hotel is conveniently located near the famous Liver Building and within easy walking distance to the city center, where you can find a wide range of pubs and restaurants. If you're craving an amazing Argentinian steak, there's a fantastic steakhouse nearby. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the lobby is clean and cozy. The rooms are spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is stunning, with a spacious bath and soft, plush towels.

Some parts of the hotel, such as the furniture in the suite, are in poor condition and could use a refurbishment.

We loved staying here! The hotel is located in a lovely area of the docks, so it's really quiet and peaceful. The staff gave excellent service and were always on shift to help us with anything we needed. The room was amazing, with a fantastic bed and a shower that was out-of-this-world! We also loved the room amenities, like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a great place to relax and unwind, and the free Wi-Fi in rooms was a nice touch.

We recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel facilities were also excellent, including a restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious dinner and a bar that had a relaxed atmosphere. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was right by the cruise terminal and close to all the key areas of this city.

The hotel had a modern and stylish decor, really appealing. The room wasnice and neat, with a nice bathroom and complimentary toiletries. What I loved the most was the fine view of the river from my room - it was lovely. the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.
